Caregivers Gathering

You know what you will want, how you wish to be treated if you get seriously ill.  Have you expressed your wishes?  Does your family, friends, doctor understand what you want?  Have you given them the gift of not having to guess?  

If your answer to these questions is "no" we can help you.  We recently purchased multiple copies of a tool, " Five Wishes", a unique Living Will that shares "your personal, emotional, and spiritual needs as well as your medical wishes."   We want to give you a copy as a gift.  C all 215-219-3521 or email Joanne Luz  and tell her which of the "Five Wishes" you are interested in, a hard copy or an online version.  You then can complete, print (with the online version), customize, and then share your wishes.
