Dear Parents,
Once again we will be offering extended care options for the 2019/2020 school year, for students in JK through Grade 8.
Please fill out the form below to provide us information which is required to register your child/ren for the program.
Students will ONLY be considered registered for these supervision programs once payment has been received by the school office.
Again This Year:
After School Sports & Games Supervision program (Gr. 2-6).
The After School Sports & Games Supervision program provides a place for students waiting for their Grade 7 & 8 siblings to play sports and games in a supervised and safe environment.
*Fees are applicable for the full school year.
*Supervision begins on the first day of school.
PLEASE FILL OUT 1 FORM FOR EACH CHILD BEING REGISTERED.
ATTENTION PRE-NURSERY AND NURSERY PARENTS:
If you are interested in a Before Care program for your Pre-Nursery or Nursery child, from 8 - 8:45 am, please email Sara at [email protected].
