I already purchased Home Insurance, what is the difference?

The main differences between home warranties and home insurance are what they cover. Home insurance will help pay for structural damage and loss of personal property from emergencies like theft or fire, while your extended home warranty covers repairs and replacements of your home’s systems and appliances when they fail from old age and normal wear and tear.

What kind of plans will you be offering?

We are happy to offer our investors two plans: Basic and Luxury!

The Basic Plan offers coverage for Air Conditioning and Heating Systems, Electrical Repairs, Plumbing Repairs, Water Heaters, and Appliances; The Luxury Plan includes coverage for all items listed in the Basic Plan plus Roof Repairs.
