We will extend your exams, or put a hold-reinstate on your account, at no charge to you.
If your agency delays your promotion exam by a month or two or three, or however long, just send us the notice, and we will extend your time accordingly. No charge.
If your agency places an indefinite hold on your promotion exam, send us the notice, we will reinstate your account once the new test date is announced - up through the new date. No charge.
Any questions or problems, let me know directly - I will take care of you and make sure you have the exams and resources you need, when you need them.
