Extending a Helping Hand to Marylander this Legislative Session |
Session 2024 is underway. This year my legislative agenda is all about extending a helping hand to Marylanders in various aspects of their lives. From providing toll relief for drivers to supporting pregnant and parenting students and advocating for mental health resources, my focus this session is on creating a more supportive environment. I'm dedicated to ensuring the dignity of our seniors by boosting SNAP benefits and protecting our youth from inappropriate online content.
Additionally, our commitment to cultural enrichment is evident in my support for the Maryland Commission on African American History and Culture. This session's legislative package is a testament to our mission: empowering Marylanders financially, mentally, and by providing the resources they need to live well.
Together, we're building a brighter future for all.
