This photo captures all three! I recently got to spend several days at a spa, where I experienced my first "suspension yoga" class - it was something active, something I love (the yoga part), and definitely out of my comfort zone to be hanging in mid-air (including upside down)!

I challenge you to look for these opportunities in your own life, to fight the burnout. Namaste!

ICYMI: A quick read
With all the challenges facing leaders and their employees, it's no surprise that burnout, depression and anxiety are on the rise.

Crothers Trainer & Coach Lauren Baptiste offers "3 Ways to Support Wellness in the Workplace," a quick read of practical strategies.
And in the spirit of wellness for all...
We are sharing that a new national Suicide & Crisis Lifeline launched last Saturday.

988 will be available for call, text, or chat to those experiencing a mental health-related or suicidal crisis, or those looking to help a loved one through a crisis.

Please help spread the word!
Grateful to support local organizations

Since our beginnings in 2010, Crothers Consulting has committed to supporting community initiatives. Because of the trust you, our clients, have placed in us, we continue to support these impactful organizations.

For July we are supporting:
Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation: dedicated to curing spinal cord injury by advancing innovative research and improving quality of life for individuals and families impacted by paralysis.
Crothers' contribution was made to honor the work that fellow entrepreneur and friend Debbie Wolpov has done. She was a recent guest of honor for a cause so dear to her heart: improving the lives of people with spinal cord injuries.
And in closing...
Another way to beat the burnout is to connect with people you admire and are energized by!

Yesterday some of the Crothers team gathered for good food, good conversation, and good fun.

We like to "practice what we preach"
so we hope you create similar opportunities for yourself!
The Crothers team brings a wealth of knowledge for all things people, leadership and culture. We are happy to offer a complimentary, 30-minute consultation to support you and your organization. Please contact Isabelle via email or call her at 201-602-8816.
