VOTE Transfer Policy--
Critical for 2022-23 & Beyond!
This vote impacts every future HomeSchool Basketball Player, even if you are not upperclassmen for a handful of years. Please read and participate!
VOTE: Upperclassmen Transfer Policy HomeSchool to HomeSchool Sitting Period. The Upperclassmen Transfer Policy impacting HomeSchool to HomeSchool transfers is moving to its final vote. The January 28th-February 4th EAB Vote ended just under the required threshold for a precedent to be set. As is NCHC protocol, votes that garnish 51%-66% are sent to PARENT Eligibility voting; coaches and leaders are encouraged to vote with the families during this process. When PARENT Eligibility voting takes place, any vote with more than 67% of the vote becomes precedent. Whatever the final vote is on the PARENT eligibility vote, that will be the ruling, even if that is a 51% approval with over 4,000 votes.
This truly is the final vote on this subject. Multiple organizations proposed this policy during this time last year. As is protocol, for a subject to be taken to vote, we just need member programs to request an EAB vote. Half a dozen votes have molded this policy in the past 11 months, with thousands of votes being cast on this subject. Thank you for your participation; we will have an official announcement on the vote results released no later than February 12th.

Overdue Seeding Forms-- Updated 2-7 @11:50 PM- Seeding Forms are now extremely overdue. There is still time, but we need your help! A list of forms received by 9 PM on February 4th has been created. Click Here. Please make sure all teams in your organization have submitted their seeding form; this is essential for everyone involved. Teams & Coaches that do not complete their seeding forms will miss essential event updates information and typically will not likely appreciate their seeding.

Regional Tickets: Deadline rapidly approaching- Ticket prices increase ten days before the event. Pricing for Regionals will automatically increase 10 days before the event. Tickets will be available exclusively online. Each team within an organization will receive two coaches' badges; if an organization is sending 5 teams to Regionals, they will get 10 badges to distribute to their leaders & coaches. Cancellation Policy: PAST DUE for any Team List Changes/Adjustments-- Deadline-- Any team list adjustments or cancellations are overdue and subject to the NCHC cancellation policy. Coaches Registration Deadline: Updated 2-7 @ 8 PM- 2022 Registered Coaches List- Click Here Please Note: Please complete this form if you sit on the bench during the season. Please make sure all coaches who sit on your bench in any capacity have registered; this is essential for everyone involved. Coaches that do not complete their forms will miss out on essential event updates information and typically have the most unhappy parents during the event.

Division II Brackets & Info-- VERY IMPORTANT-- Once we release brackets, we typically have a team or two who want to know why they are not in D2. Very important, if in your seeding for you selected you were not interested or not applicable for D2, you will not be considered for D2 as an opt-in team. Team USA- Nationals
Whether the student plays on a competitive team not attending Nationals or competes on upwards, YMCA, or has not yet played any form of organized basketball; Team USA provides the opportunity to compete. Also, Team USA is an excellent resource for those who have a team they play on all year with, but their team does not attend Regionals or Nationals. This has also been an excellent fit for siblings to participate in their first-ever HomeSchool Post Season experience. Team USA is about having FUN and being part of Nationals.
