Trinity Trumpeter | November 7, 2025 | | Christmas @ Trinity: Entering a Season of Hope | | |
As we prepare to step into the Advent season beginning November 30, we invite our Trinity family to pause, breathe, and remember the heart of this holy time. Advent calls us to slow down in the midst of holiday busyness, to make room for reflection, and to open our hearts to the hope, peace, joy, and love that Christ brings.
Christmas at Trinity is a season of beauty and anticipation. It is a time to gather, worship, and celebrate the miracle of God coming near. Throughout the weeks of Advent, we’ll journey together toward the manger, preparing our spirits to receive the light of Christ in a fresh and meaningful way.
As schedules fill, lists grow, and the pace quickens, may we intentionally create space for wonder. Let this be a season where we notice God’s presence, cherish moments with one another, and rediscover the true reason we celebrate: Jesus Christ, the greatest gift ever given.
We look forward to spending this sacred season with you. Let’s prepare our hearts together for the coming of Emmanuel—God with us.

Stock the Sleigh: Share the Joy This Christmas!
Each Christmas season, we are reminded that there is no greater joy than giving to others. This Advent, we invite you to join us in spreading kindness and hope through our annual Stock the Sleigh initiative! This year, we’re partnering with several local schools to make the holidays a little brighter for students in need.
How It Works:
-
Pick a Tag (Beginning Sunday, November 30)
- Visit our Stock the Sleigh display in the Sanctuary or Memorial Fellowship Hall. Choose a tag representing a child. Please be sure to let a greeter or the Square One table know which child you selected.
- Shop for Gifts
- Purchase a few items listed on the tag. We kindly ask that purchases stay within the suggested $25–$50 range.
- Drop Off Gifts
-
Return your gifts in a gift bag with the tag attached to the sleigh in either the Narthex or Memorial Fellowship Hall. All other gifts are due Sunday, December 14.
Your generosity can make a meaningful impact in the life of a child this Christmas. Let’s come together as a church family to fill the sleigh—and hearts—with love, hope, and holiday joy.

Christmas Love Offering for Our Staff
A Special Opportunity to Show Our Appreciation
Greetings!
As the Christmas season approaches, we are reminded of the joy, generosity, and love that this special time of year brings. It is a season to celebrate the greatest gift of all, and an opportunity to express our gratitude to those who serve our church so faithfully throughout the year.
We invite you to participate in a Christmas Love Offering for our dedicated staff. Our pastor, ministry leaders, and support staff work tirelessly to serve our congregation, often going above and beyond to care for our church family and advance God’s work in our community. This offering is a way for us to show our appreciation and bless them during this season of giving.
If you feel led to contribute, please mark your gift as “Christmas Love Offering” and submit it by December 14th. You may give during Sunday services, online, or by dropping it off at the church office. Every donation, no matter the amount, will be combined and distributed among our staff.
Thank you for your generosity and for helping us honor those who serve our congregation with such dedication. May the peace and joy of Christ fill your hearts this Christmas!
With gratitude,
The Church Leadership Team
