My Brush with a Celebrity!
|
|
A toy celebrity that is! I had the pleasure of running into Mr. Ronald James while we were at the Toy Trucker & Contractor Show in Indianapolis, In. He was on the cover and featured in a great story in the Toy Trucker magazine (January 2012 edition). Mr. James was a gentleman and not only posed for the pic but signed my magazine copy. We always enjoy running into him at the show.

Our daughter made this very special work pouch for me to wear at the shows.

Did You Know? |

Whenever you place an order on the Internet, with us (which we always want!) or any other company big or small, your bank performs a fraud check as part of their requirement with all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover). They double check that your card has not been lost or stolen and has a valid number. This is communicated via a full authorization for the amount of purchase. This is not a charge from us but a "hold" or an "authorization" from your bank. We have no ability to release these holds as it is performed from the issuing bank that holds your credit card. Typically your bank releases the hold within 24-72 hours however some banks have been known to hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days. This is a widely accepted measure of security to help prevent credit card fraud which sadly is rampant these days. While we understand and agree this process can be inconvenient, it is done to keep you safer as you do business on the Internet.
Any time you have a question over anything with us feel free to email us direct and we are always happy to answer and explain. We appreciate your business!
