AF Building
Capital Campaign Survey

It's an exciting time as we consider embarking upon a major fundraising campaign with a vision of a new home: one with ample parking and space to meet our needs as we grow.

We are conducting a feasibility study in preparation for a special fundraising campaign. The purpose of the study is to gather opinions and insights regarding the vision of community members like you.

It will help determine whether there is support to move forward with a major fundraising effort to accomplish the organization's goals.
The survey includes 15 questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete.

Click  here  to participate in the survey.  Please complete the survey by  Friday, December 8th
Merci beaucoup!
