F1rstJobs is a summer employment program designed to provide quality first time summer employment opportunities for youth between the ages of 14 - 21 for 8 weeks during July and August.
Youth are recruited and prepared to work by F1rstjobs for their first employment opportunity. We then connect local area businesses needing summer help with youth looking for employment.
Nonprofits and Municipal offices may submit proposals to hire youth with subsidized wages.

We are also looking for private employers to hire directly! Please contact us to discuss possible work placements for teens!

The Bidder’s Conference is not mandatory, though it offers an opportunity for questions and clarification on the proposal or the program in general.
Attendance is optional, though strongly encouraged, especially for new applicants.
Questions:
New applicants or returning applicants with new staff are strongly encouraged to attend the Bidder’s Conference rather than submit questions via email.
