Tickets - Ticket are all PRE-SALE and are $9 for each for students and adults. Frederica will have 300 tickets available. No tickets will be sold at the gate on Friday.
Ticket Purchases + Distribution - Click HERE to purchase tickets online via the school's website. Tickets purchased online can be picked up in the main Administration Building Front Office on Tuesday between 8:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or on Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Visitor’s Entry Gate and Parking - The entry gate for visitors will be at the end of the stadium off of Westside Road (See Map). Visitor parking will be behind the visitor’s bleachers and along the fence facing Westside Road.
Mixing Crowds - Visitors will be expected to remain on the visitor side for the game. The purpose of dividing the crowds is to provide the greatest amount of COVID-19 protections for each group of fans. In an effort to provide the most convenient, safe, and enjoyable game experience at Bulloch Academy, a small visitors' concessions stand will be offered in addition to visitor restrooms.
Entering the Playing Area - No fan from the VISITOR or HOME side will be allowed to enter the playing area at any point before, during, or at the conclusion of the contest.
Stadium Recommendations - While in attendance at the game, Bulloch Academy strongly recommends the practice of social distancing and the use of cloth face coverings. With crowd size being limited, all spectators should be able to practice social distancing. Fans may sit in the bleachers or are welcome to bring a lawn chair and sit along the track on the visitor side. Please wear cloth face covering when in high traffic areas such as restrooms and the concession stand.
Post-Game Procedures - Per GISA rules, post-game team meetings and/or gatherings are not permitted. This is another measure for increased safety regarding COVID-19.

Well, it didn't take long for the offense to get rolling and our defense to shut things down this past Friday night. Offensively, we amassed over 380 total yards with 330 yards on the ground. Jordan Triplett led all rushers with 203 yards, while Amauri Mountain and Hamp Thompson both rushed for over 60 yards each and added touchdowns. While the ground game was solid, Thomas Veal was 4 of 7 for 53 yards and two touchdowns, both of which were caught by Jaiden Rose-Scally. As for the defense, the "Thompson boys" created two turnovers: Will Thompson with a fumble recovery and Hamp Thompson with an interception. Our defense only gave up 30 total yards of offense all night, and 27 of it was on the last play of the game. Over the last three games, our starting defense has only surrendered 14 total yards of offense and zero points, which is pretty solid.
We now have to put it all behind us and get ready for Bulloch Academy. It should be a really good game this Friday night, so I hope everyone travels up to Statesboro and cheers on the boys.
Go Knights!

Your FA harriers had a great run at Region on Tuesday. The boys, with some great help from a couple of Eighth Grade runners, finished second in Region. The group was led by Dylan McHugh, who finished third overall with a time of 20:07. He was followed closely by Andrew Kaminer, who finished fourth with a time of 20:23. To round out our top three was Grant Offner, who finished in the top ten also. He placed eighth with a time of 21:08.
Our girls team won Region in a spectacular way, placing seven girls in the top ten. They came up one place short of achieving a perfect score, which is almost unheard of in a Regional race.
Leading the team was Ellie Runyan with a time of 21:48. Ellie placed first overall! As always, Josie Brock ran great, and her time of 22:21 took second place overall. Fourth place went to Katelyn Sitz, followed by Cate Seymour for fifth place.
With a great finish of super pack running was Charlotte Truett, Merrill Been, and Virginia Anne Tennant. They finished seventh, eighth, ninth, respectively. So far this season the girls are undefeated in their races.
We now have two weeks until State in Macon on November 7. Let's hope this undefeated season continues one more race.
Go Knights!

To all that made the road trip to St. Marys, thank you! What you watched was a game of two halves. The first half was our team versus their eighth and seventh graders. They had more muscle and more speed than us. The second half was a battle of sixth and seventh graders versus our team. We hung in there the second half, gave up a couple of big plays, but we were right there with them. The boys never gave up, even when the scoreboard was running out of time. Improvement was made this season in many ways, and I implore the young men to continue to improve.
To the four eighth-graders on our team, I want to thank you for giving us your 100%. You were leaders on and off the field and were leaned on heavily and frequently in games and practice. You took on the load without complaint and passed on great traits to your teammates. You taught the younger guys football and character. Thank you.
To the younger guys, thank you for being eager to learn, hungry to play, and determined to get better. Please keep these characteristics throughout your life, and pass on those traits to the individuals around you.
It has been a pleasure to work with the young football Knights of 2020. This team has exceptional people on it, and I expect them to do exceptional things. I have been blessed to work with them.
The 2020 Middle School football season is officially finished at Frederica Academy. My message to the Young Knights is this:
Do! Don’t sit still; don’t go home and sit on the couch and play video games and eat chips. You are a great group of players, who with hard work and dedication to become better athletes, can set a new goal, a new standard of excellence on and off the field. Challenge each other to be better, remind each other that effort is a choice. If you do this in the classroom, weight room, and playing field, you will go on and win championships.
Thank you again for allowing me to teach life through the sport of football.
“Football is like life - it requires perseverance, self-denial, hard work, sacrifice, dedication and respect for authority.” - Vince Lombardi

The Middle School Cheerleading team had a fantastic football season this year. Captains Reese Hankey and Maura Dooley did an excellent job of leading the team. It was evident early on that all of the girls were here to work hard and were eager to learn. Despite everything going on in the world during this pandemic, the girls were able to come together as a team and spread school spirit. It's great to be an FA Knight!
Go Knights!
