The title Continuing Effects Motions (CEM) has been changed to Standing Rules of Order (SRO). On December 4, 2022 the WSB voted to change the title of Continuing Effects Motions (CEM) to Standing Rules of Order (SRO). This is only an administrative change in title. There are absolutely no changes being made to the content, and this SRO term is now a best practice among 12 Step groups.

Tradition Five. “Each group has but one primary purpose - to carry its message to the food addict who still suffers."

While the Twelve Steps are necessary for the recovery of each individual member, the Twelve Traditions are necessary to maintain the health and strength of our FA meetings. 

Join us to meet with fellow FA members and increase awareness of the Twelve Traditions so that FA can continue its great work of helping the still suffering addict.
