Technology Office Hours
Having difficulty hosting or attending virtual meetings? Is difficulty with technology interfering with your recovery? Office hours are now available twice a month for all fellows on the fourth weekend of the month at 7pm ET / 4 PM PT on Saturdays and 11am ET / 8am PT on Sundays.

WSC (Voting) Members: If you were elected by your meeting to serve as a World Service Conference (WSC) member or are an intergroup, Chapter, or WSI Officer or Committee Chair who meets the requirements of a WSC member, you must register by Friday, March 3 at midnight ET / 9pm PT. Note that you must register twice, first as a WSC voting member and next for the convention itself.
- Motions must be submitted by Friday, March 3 at midnight ET / 9pm PT.
- Application for a WSI Board Officer or Committee Chair Position must be submitted by Friday, March 3 at midnight ET / 9pm PT.

Too scared to host?? This month we’ll review two newly developed job descriptions for videoconference meetings: host and co-host. We’ll talk about learning new tech skills and assisting the leader/qualifier when needed. We’ll share some “tricks of the trade” and brainstorm about practical stuff like how to help create a welcoming atmosphere during the 10 minutes before a meeting starts or how to intervene when occasional problems arise.
