Cammie Sams and Emma Kate Widener were the STAR Students in Second Grade this week. They started their special week by interviewing each other in class.

Emma Kate invited her parents, Jason and Katie Widener, to be her guest readers in Mrs. Schneider's class. They read The Day the Crayons Quit and everyone loved hearing a favorite story as part of Emma Kate's STAR Student Week.

Cammie's Mom, Riley Sams, was her guest reader this week. Mrs. Sams and Cammie read a book together to the class. The book they chose was called If Jesus Came To My House. This book was read to Mrs. Sams when she was a child.
