Dear FA Football and Cheer Families,

Similar to the spectator guidelines that we have in place for our home games, Pinewood is limiting fan attendance and has made a few alterations to its normal game operating procedures. I wanted to share these with you as early as possible so that you will be prepared if you plan to attend the game on Friday night.

Please note that all ticket sales are all PRE-SALE and are $9 for each for students and adults. Frederica will have 350 tickets available. No tickets will be sold at the gate on Friday.

Given that all tickets must be purchased in advance, we are making them available online through the Booster Club Webpage. After purchasing the tickets online, they must be picked up from the Frederica Academy Front Administration Building between 8:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday or until 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Please allow at least an hour for your purchase to be processed before stopping by the school to pick up tickets. Tickets will not be available for purchase after 3:00 p.m. on Friday or once all of the tickets have been sold.

Note that the 350 tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Based on purchase data from the Bulloch Academy game, every interested fan should have the opportunity to attend.
Pinewood Protocols
  • Ticket Sales + Game Entry - All ticket sales for the visiting team will be PRE-SALE ONLY. Each spectator must have a ticket or GISA pass to enter the event and must wear face covering upon entry. We are able to social distance approximately 120 people in the visitor’s stands; however, there is additional space adjacent to the visitor’s stands for fans to use personal folding chairs. Spectators entering using a GISA Pass are expected to remain in the South End Zone for the duration of the event. We encourage you to practice social distance and wear a mask.

  • Visitor’s Entry Gate and Parking - All visitors will park and enter through the South Gate. The Parking Lot for visitors is located off Highway 292 near the Visitor’s Field House. Please look for the VIP Parking sign (Parking Map).

  • Mixing Crowds - There will be complete separation of the home and visitor crowds.

  • Entering the Playing Area - No fans will be allowed to enter the field prior to the game or at its conclusion.

  • Restrooms + Concessions - The restrooms for visitors are located in the front of the Visitor’s Fieldhouse. There will be no concessions available at the game.  Fans have permission to bring in snacks and bottled water/soda.
