Sanctioned Product Theater Information

We wanted to thank you for being a part of our sanctioned product theaters at the upcoming FAAIS 2025 Annual Meeting. You are listed as my main contact for anything related to Sanctioned Product Theater (SPT), if it needs to be someone else or someone needs to be added please let me know. Listed below is all the information I will need to advertise your event. The sooner I have the information the sooner it will be in the program and the more exposure it will receive.

Please note that all aspects of the SPT dinner programs is the responsibility of your company (venue, AV, food etc.). Breakfast SPT will have the venue, AV and Food arranged by the FAAIS. If your event is in the hotel and you need to contact someone at the hotel regarding catering please email Heather Greer at: Heather.Greer@disney.com. If you would like to use our AV company you can contact David Palka at The AV Guys: 321-689-8060. If not you will have to contact the hotel for their AV services.

I must have your information by June 30th to be included in any of the printed materials, including the meeting signs.

We want this to be a successful event for you so we will do everything we can to get the word out, however, it is incumbent upon your company representatives to do the extensive advertising. Your outcome will depend on your company pushing your program.
