Welcome to FAB’s 2021-2022 season of grantee shows and performances, and FAB Fun Events! Hope everyone had a great summer that was both safe and fun!
The FAB Program Committee, led by Jodi Peck, has been busy this summer planning our FAB Fun Events for this season. We kick off with a virtual event provided by Hollywood Art & Culture/Hollywood featuring a documentary by award winning filmmaker, Freddy Rodriguez, Open Dialogues: Stories of the LGTBQ Community. Our first in-person, live event since March 2019 will be on November 9 at the newly renovated The Parker. Invites will be available soon.
This month also kicks off our fall membership drive. The Membership Committee, led by Louise Dill, has been coordinating with the Program and Communications committees over the past few months. You will be receiving a new Membership Brochure soon and information about the “Spread-the-Word” Campaign. We hope that all of you will be encouraging your friends and colleagues to consider joining FAB. Our membership growth will provide a larger grant pool thereby benefiting more arts organizations in our Community.
Thanks to all of you, for your continued support of FAB! You are making a difference in enriching the arts here in Broward with your membership!
Stay safe and happy,
Ed

SPREAD THE WORD — FAB IS FAB-TASTIC
Join The FAB 2021 - 2022 Membership Drive
It’s time to “Spread The Word” and join together to expand our FAB family.
Do you know someone who shares an interest in the arts, wants to learn more about the Broward arts scene, and would enjoy the camaraderie of meeting other art enthusiasts?
When asked how someone heard about FAB, the Number One answer is - “Because a friend invited me to join”. So you see, your help is critical and makes all the difference.
Over the next 4 months we ask for your support: Renew your membership AND Introduce a friend, neighbor, business associate to FAB.
This year our goal is to add 40 new members to our FAB family. Every new membership has a direct impact on expanding our grants pool and ability to support the arts community.
Making an introduction to FAB is easy - whether it's through a personal conversation or an invitation to one of our upcoming FAB events or special FAB-TASTIC Friendraisers. Please watch your mailbox and email for further details or contact any member of the FAB Membership Committee.
“Spread the Word”!

Louise Dill, Chair, Mona Bentz, Nancy Bryant, Linda Carter, Ruth Anderson-Coggeshall, Jim and Cindy Eden, Ellen Fischer, Michael Leibowitz, David Maurer, Mark McGuire, Yolanda Perez, Sandra Stella
