Upcoming Events
ASABE Club Meeting
Tuesday, August 27, 6:00 p.m., 142 Ag Engineering
Please join ASABE (American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers) this Tuesday, August 27th at 6 PM in Agricultural Engineering Building Room 142 for the first meeting of the semester!  After a brief overview, we will have a cookout in the courtyard with free food and activities! Bring a friend and come hungry; all are welcome!
Graduate and Professional School Expo
Tuesday, September 10, 12:30 - 4:00 p.m., Ohio Union
Student Life Career Counseling and Support Services is hosting the annual  Graduate and Professional School Expo  for any student who is considering graduate school. The expo hosts more than 100 graduate schools from across the country and will allow students to explore all of their options, gather information and make lasting connections. The expo will also include a panel session, featuring admissions representatives, which will provide students with invaluable tips and advice from the people who know the graduate school admission process the best. Admission is free to all Ohio State students and alumni, and professional dress is not required.  Students can RSVP online
2019 Education Abroad Expo
Thursday, September 12, 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., Ohio Union
The 2019 Education Abroad Expo is the perfect place to learn more about Ohio State’s 200+ study abroad programs. Join us on Thursday, September 12 from 2 – 6 p.m. in the Archie Griffin East Ballroom at the Ohio Union. Students can talk one-on-one with the experts and find out about the myriad of ways to study abroad at Ohio State. Visit the  Office of International Affairs  for all the details.
Scholarship Opportunities
Phi Sigma Rho and Triangle Educational Outreach Scholarship Opportunity 
Due September 23rd
Awards will be given to up to 5 applicants, totaling $3000-4000. An applicant must be in his or her 1st or 2nd year at Ohio State University and majoring in a STEM-related field, including science, technology, engineering, math, and architecture.

Child Care Access Means Parents In School (CCAMPIS) Program
The ACCESS Program is excited to announce a new resource for parent students enrolled at Ohio State called Child Care Access Means Parents In School (CCAMPIS) Program.   Through the ACCESS Collaborative’s CCAMPIS Program, parenting students who are Pell eligible have access to high-quality, nationally accredited childcare centers and/or summer programs for FREE or at a significantly reduced cost.   If interested, please contact the ACCESS Collaborative CCAMPIS Program Coordinator, Elena C. Consider Donating to Student Life’s Career Closet
Please consider donating your gently used professional clothes, shoes and accessories to the Student Life Career Closet. All donated items will be used to provide a closet where students in need can “shop” for free professional attire. Donations will be accepted through Monday, September 2, and can be dropped off at any one of nine locations. Visit  go.osu.edu/careercloset  for more information, or contact Natasha Pugh ( pugh.214@osu.edu ) with questions.
