December 18, 2024

Dear Father Allouez Catholic School Families,

Since the last newsletter, our community celebrated the Christmas season with a wonderful concert put on at the St. Matthew Campus. I want to give a special shout-out to our music teacher, Ms. Sophia Lehr, for getting our students ready to perform. They were so well prepared that even when the music stopped playing as a backing track during some of the songs, they were able to press right on and did an amazing job! It was also great to bring together so many alumni to perform Silent Night – what a wonderful tradition!

I also want to echo what was sent out by the GRACE office earlier today: our thoughts, prayers, and hearts are all with Abundant Life Christian School in Madison. As Catholics, it is important that we lift all of those affected by this terrible tragedy up in prayer and know that the Lord hears us and is at work already in their community. We here at Father Allouez, at both campuses, have been reviewing our protocols in order to ensure the safest environment for your children. If you would like to discuss any of these issues with me, please know that I am here and open to the conversation.

Lastly, as we enter into this time of break and relaxation, I want to express a very sincere Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all. We look forward to seeing you all again in the new calendar year very soon! Please see the important dates below for the month of January and the events going on around our campuses.
