Holding a food drive? It's a wonderful way to support our kids! TCHP volunteers pack specific items for our kids. Any food donations received that we cannot use, are shared with other nonprofits or schools that are collecting items. Nothing goes to waste. Here's what currently goes into our food packages - easy to open, no cooking needed.

  • Chef Boyardee Single Serve Variety (Pull top 7.25oz)
  • Chocolate milk (Horizon 8 oz shelf stable)
  • Goldfish cheddar crackers or whole grain pretzels (ie: Pepperidge Farm. 74 oz)
  • Breakfast Bars (ie: Belvita or Zee Zee’s)
  • Graham crackers (ie: Teddy Grahams or Zee Zee’s Grahamz)
  • Sunflower seeds (ie: Zee Zee’s nut free protein 1-1.2 oz package)
  • Craisins (1oz box/1.16oz pouch)
  • Applesauce (no sugar added 6 pk) in individual plastic containers
  • Fruit cups in plastic individual containers – any variety
  • 100% Apple or fruit/vegetable juice in individual boxes or pouches

Can't deliver to us? We can pick your food items up. Call us to arrange a time.

If YOU or your organization wants to hold a TCHP FOOD DRIVE, call us at 321-610-1900 and we will assist and promote your food collection event or email us.

Faith Partner Spotlight: The Grove Church
GROVE CHURCH
The Grove Church values service to others and treating everyone with respect and kindness.

Check out the beautiful landscaping in front of TCHP - that was done by our wonderful volunteers from Grove Church!

The Grove Church supports feeding kids at Apollo Elementary School in Titusville. Apollo Elementary students served grew from 80 to 120 children being fed on weekends.

Sincere thanks to the Grove Church congregation for all their help!
Vettes on the Avenue Supported TCHP
Space Coast Vettes 19th Annual “Vettes on the Avenue” show, an open Corvette-only show in beautiful New Haven Avenue in Historic Downtown Melbourne, supported two local nonprofits - Space Coast Honor Flight and The Children's Hunger Project. Not only were we honored to be included in this event, it contributed to our goal of helping feed 3500+ children in Brevard each week.
The event included a live DJ, door prizes, gift basket raffle, 50/50 drawing, and awards to Top 40 and Best of Show.

HEALTH FIRST FIGHT CHILD HUNGER 5K
JAN 14, 2023 AT VIERA HIGH SCHOOL
The Health First Fight Child Hunger 5K raises funds for two local charities to meet the
needs of as many hungry children in Brevard County as possible. This family-friendly
Run/Walk will make memories for you, and a huge difference for children at risk of hunger
through The Children’s Hunger Project and the Sharing Center of Central Brevard.
These two organizations work hard every day to ensure children have adequate nutrition.
