Thursday, November 27th, 8:30-9:45 am All Other Classes Cancelled! Let's start the Thanksgiving festivities with love, gratitude, community, sweat, and fun! Please bring a money or food donation for Hopelink. Hopelink serves homeless and low income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities. Their mission is to promote self-sufficiency for all members of our community. Your donation makes a difference!

Weekly Yoga Nidra with Beth Burris

Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15 pm Use your Class Pass or Drop In
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that can be performed in either a seated or lying down position. In this meditation you will be guided into a deep awareness of body, breath, mind and energy. Your conscious mind will gently move through thought patterns, emotions, images, and sensations that can sometimes bring about a higher form of understanding oneself. Positive effects of this deep sleep-like practice include stress and pain relief, improved sleep and a deeper sense of calm and clarity.

Friday Night Intensives with Sara Tharrington

Fridays 10/24 & 11/21, 7-9 pm
Take your practice deeper as we journey into hip openers, backbends and inversions. Come take an adventure of breath, sweat, release, and fun! $20.
