Lauricidin

Try this delicious recipe for quick, nutritious broth:

Medicinal Broth

  •  8-12oz filtered water
  • 1 Tbl Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate*
    Or Bullet Proof Collagen Protein*
  •  1-2 Tbl good Fat/Oil such as:
(1 or a combination of the following)
-BUTTER- raw or Kerry Gold, COCONUT OIL-
organic, unrefined, or MCT Oil*
  • Celtic Sea Salt* &/or Lynn’s All Season*(see below) to taste
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients in a pot and warm on the stove. The collagen in this recipe does not require ‘flouring’ so it mixes in quickly and thoroughly.
