DRT Issues Tax Alert 22-01-ITAB for Employers and Tax Professionals

Barrigada, GU – The Department of Revenue and Taxation (“DRT”) issued Tax Alert 22-01-ITAPB relating to the following:

• Forms W3SS/W2GU and 1096/1099 are now available
• Information Regarding Truncated EINs and SSNs
• Encouraging Electronic Filing

Chamber participates in S.A.M.E. Industry Forum

The Chamber was pleased to support the S.A.M.E. Industry Forum held from November 14 - 16, 2022. Almost 400 attendees participated in the three day event featuring speakers and experts in construction, infrastructure, environment and more as they relate to military construction and other Department of Defense projects.
