Like it spicy? Chili pepper lovers will appreciate our take on spicy ketchup! With a delightful "kick" from smoked chipotle morita and kashmiri chilies, balanced by jaggery sugar and cacao, we then blend in warming Indian and Latin-inspired spices, making this fusion of cultures as unique as it is delicious.


Pair this with a sweet barbeque sauce and baste onto meat. Or use for a spicy dipping sauce. Too hot? - Mix with mayo for a spicy aioli.

ORGANIC KICK HOT SAUCE

Deeply sweet Alphonso Mangoes lend this sauce a luscious, velvety-smooth texture and multi-layered sweetness to balance the heat of Organic Smoked Ghost Pepper. This hot sauce is more than just spicy, it's supremely decadent. This killer combo highlights each ingredient for sweet and tangy flavor that leaves you wanting more without being intensely hot.


HEAT LEVEL: MEDIUM (but it builds the more you eat)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe cantalope
  • 1 small ripe watermelon
  • 10 oz feta
  • fresh basil
  • Kick Hot Sauce

Kickin' Basil Feta Melon Salad

  1. Dice melons and feta into similar size cubes, about 1/2 inch across.
  2. Toss together until mixed.
  3. Top with freshly chopped basil.
  4. Drizzle on Kick Hot Sauce to taste, using 1 TBSP at a time.
  5. Lightly salt to taste.
  6. Toss the salad.
  7. Taste. Add more Kick Hot Sauce if desired.

This chutney starts with a burst of tang from hunza raisins and organic vinegar; balanced by a generous sweetness from pineapple juice paired with our prized Alphonso Mango Purée; finished with a not-too-spicy lingering warmth from a variety of handpicked traditional and exotic Indian spices.


It's delicious as a condiment but just as lovely as a marinade.

Madras Curry Pumpkin Soup

  1. Roast a pumpkin pie pumpkin or kabocha squash. Puree in a blender or food processor. You can also use canned pumpkin puree.
  2. Dice onions and carrot and saute in ghee until brown.
  3. In a soup pot, add onion and carrot mixture, broth, pumpkin puree and spices. Simmer on low until hot.
  4. Add to blender, along with sour cream, garlic, curry powder, Madras Curry, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add corn and gently blend to evenly distribute.
  6. Pour into bowls and serve with fresh dill or other herbs of your choice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP Ghee
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups broth of choice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp Madras Curry
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • dill or any fresh herb of choice
  • Sweet Corn (optional)

ORGANIC TAMARIND DATE CHUTNEY

They say opposites attract, right? This pair is quite the couple. Dates are a little sweet, while tamarind is a little sour. This mouth-watering condiment is the perfect sidekick to Indian hors d'oeuvres like samosas, pakoras, and pappadam. Dollop on fish tacos. Glaze or marinate chicken or shrimp. Stir into soup. Smear on pizza or a grilled sandwich. Savor with cheeses, yogurts, and fresh cut veggies. Endless possibilities!

Our organic mango pickle is made with from luscious green mangoes, aromatic Indian spices and extra virgin olive oil, slowly marinated to create a mouth-watering, blissfully delicious pickle.
