Leadership Opportunity - HPECS Associate Program Director
HPECS (Health Professions Educator Clinical Scholars) is seeking a dedicated faculty member to serve as Associate Program Director. This would be a great opportunity for a junior faculty member interested in medical education scholarship. This role supports the administration and development of our 2-year certificate program for Northwestern University residents, fellows, and faculty.
This position is voluntary and does not offer financial compensation. It serves as a valuable stepping stone to future funded roles within our organization, with a historically high turnover rate due to internal promotions.

2024 CGEA MESRE Collaborative Grant Call for Proposals
The CGEA is inviting proposals that enhance medical education and contribute to scholarly work in the Central region, offering $10,000 for multi-institution projects and $7,000 for single-institution projects. Proposals can focus on traditional research or innovative approaches to teaching, application, integration, and engagement. Funded projects must be collaborative, investigatory, and publicly shareable to promote peer review and broader educational impact.
