Pick-up Instructions/Details:
● When you arrive on campus, follow the normal traffic pattern for pickup and
drop-off. Please refer to the map if you are not familiar with the traffic
● When you reach the front of the line, WITHOUT getting out of your car,
please open/unlock the trunk of your car or lower a window. A faculty or
staff member (wearing a mask) will approach your window and ask for your
student’s name(s) and incoming grade.
● Items will be retrieved and then placed in the trunk of your vehicle or
handed in through the window.
● If you are borrowing a Chromebook, please do not leave it in a hot vehicle
for any length of time.
Crossover families with students at both Archway and Prep:
● Enter campus as normal, go to Archway side first.
● After receiving Archway items then make a U-turn after the end of the
Archway line (to the left).
● Drive around the athletic field one more time and go to the Prep side to
retrieve Prep student belongings.
● Exit campus as normal (right turn onto 32nd street)

For families with students who have different names please come according to the name which is earliest in the alphabet.

For safety reason, you will be directed to the PSO web site at to make your purchase through Paypal. Checks will also be accepted. NO Cash.

Every safety precaution will be taken during the sale. Face Mask must be worm and 6 feet social distancing will be mandatory.

We know it will be tempting to socialize with other families, but please be considerate of those families waiting. Please feel free to "social distance visit" once you have finalized the sale of your items and exited the building.
Please park in the North parking lot and enter through MPR to receive a number. We will be serving shoppers on a first-come basis in order by number. Once you have received your number, you may go back to your air-conditioned car and wait. We will be posting numbers on a whiteboard to alert shoppers. When your number is posted, you may come in. If you miss your number by mistake, alert a volunteer and you can enter next in line. 

Due to social distancing requirements, space is extremely LIMITED as we will only be allowed to have 8 shoppers in the building at a time. Please try to bring just your child(ren) that needs to be fitted/sized. As other shoppers will have to wait, please be mindful and move along quickly.

Masks are required on everyone on campus grounds. We highly suggest sanitizing your hands before and after attending the sale. 

If you ordered a yearbook last year and haven’t picked it up yet, a PSO representative will be at the sale to give you your scholar’s yearbook.

A sign-up will be sent out to families from teachers to choose times to "Meet your Teacher" as well as Google Classroom log-in information prior to August 6th.
"Meet The Teacher" Zoom meeting:
  1. You and your student will have time to get to know the teacher.
  2. Your teacher will check that you have logged onto Google Classroom.
  3. Your teacher will go over Goggle Classroom & Zoom exceptions of student behavior and student learning.
NEW FAMILIES: The Parent Ambassador Program is for new families. We hope to connect new families with a returning family who can answer your questions and help guide your transition to Archway North Phoenix. We typically organize summer outings to encourage new and returning families to connect in-person. In the wake of current safety restrictions, we are working on alternative activities to connect families until in-person gatherings are possible. Sign up today: and please complete this form for your student and return it to:
