The Fine Print
The cost for spending the entire weekend with us is just $650.00 total. Rooms are double occupancy. We have worked to keep the cost to you, our friends and family, as low as possible while still providing you with the highest quality accommodations and a truly memorable experience.
Your reservation includes your luxury beachfront accommodations for 4 nights, roundtrip transportation to Tallahassee for the game, a ticket for the game and all hosted events as well as other amenities. And maybe a few surprises!
A deposit of $300.00 secures your space. First come 1st served. Choose your roommate (or your entire condo crew) and make your deposit early, as space is limited. The balance of $350 is due no later than Friday, September 8th. If your balance is not paid by then, we will offer the space to another guest who would like to attend (and you risk losing your space). Once that replacement guest pays in full, we may exercise the option to refund your deposit. Otherwise, it will be retained. But of course, we'd rather have YOU there!
Space is limited, so if you plan to join us, please send your deposit (or payment in full immediately so that we may hold your place. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests for room types (King, Queen, two beds, etc.) and proximity to other guests based upon availability. For the best choices, book early. All condos are 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom units. Again, double occupancy. To be clear, you would be sharing a room within the condo with your spouse, friend, or other person of your choice. So gather your chosen alumni friends and book early so that you may all room together, if desired. All condos are within the same oceanfront building. There are fully equipped, modern kitchens in each unit. All have oversized, furnished balconies with spectacular views of the beach.
