Q: How can I access the OnVolunteers launch information?

Q: I signed up for an activity. What should I do when I arrive at school?

A: Stop at the office and be sure to have your 4-digit pin. Every family will have their own unique 4-character PIN, available in their volunteer portal. You will need this PIN to Check In / Out. 

Q: Who should I report to after I check in?

A: Instructions will be provided on the portal.

Q: What if I can't remember my PIN?

A: You will log into your account on your mobile device and look up your PIN. We do not have access to your unique PIN.

Q: What happens if I don't check in/out of my task?

A: You will not receive any hours for the day’s shift.

Q: What happens if I check in for my task but I forget to check out?

A: You will not receive any hours.

Q: I am having trouble accessing my account. What should I do?

A: Send an email to: stewardship@stmikesolympia.org 

Q: How do I log hours I serve at the church?

A: Submit them under the Ad Hoc option. Include a brief description of the task.

Q: What if someone in my family (grandparent, aunt/uncle, sibling, etc) wants to sign up to volunteer? 

A: You can sign them up under the family account. When confirming the registration, the name of the volunteer can be modified. Please enter the name of the person who will be present for the activity. When they arrive for their task, they will follow the Check In / Out procedures using the PIN assigned to your family.
