Personal Account of Traveling with Food Allergies

"English is widely spoken in the Philippines and there are many franchises that can accommodate food allergies in the capitol city Manilla. Look out for allergens that might be hidden in sauces and baked goods. Pay attention to where you store your epinephrine auto-injector because the general climate is hot and humid."
