Dear FASPS Alumni Community,
Like many of you, we have been deeply distressed by the tragic and senseless death of George Floyd and so many other victims. The systemic racism and injustice at the core of these acts must not be met with silence. As individuals and as a community, it is our right and our responsibility to express ourselves and to speak out for equity, respect, and justice.
As a school, we must continue to hold ourselves to the highest standards of an inclusive, safe, and welcoming learning environment that cherishes and celebrates the very special differences that our diverse community embraces. At FASPS, we are committed to treating each other with dignity and respect. We are committed to preserving and nurturing diversity and inclusivity at our school. We are committed to building on the tremendous work that our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and Council have accomplished to date. FASPS’s Saturday Advanced French Class for 2020–2021 Is Open for Registration!
|
|
Looking to keep your French alive and well while in high school? Emeric Lefebvre and Alexandre Balet will once again be co-teaching their popular Saturday morning Advanced French class for students in high school.
Click here to see the PowerPoint they presented last week at their e-open house. The course begins on September 5 and will run for the whole academic year. You can expect field trips, discussion groups, special events, comprehensive preparation for both the DELF and the AP French exams, and three mock tests. Please contact Emeric (
