Introducing Your 2020-2021 FAWL Leadership Team
Kimberly E. Hosley, President
Ms. Hosley received her bachelor of arts degree cum laude from Stetson University, majoring in Economics, International Studies, and Political Science with a minor in Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law.
Ms. Hosley’s commitment to working on issues affecting women began during her undergraduate studies which led to her being chosen by faculty to serve as the student liaison on the University’s Women and Gender Studies Committee, which shaped the University’s curriculum in that area of study. She is known as a fierce advocate for women, as well as for children in foster care in Florida. She has served as a pro bono attorney guardian ad litem for fifteen years through her local legal aid organization. She served as president of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers and is the immediate past president of the Board of Trustees of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association and the immediate past chair of the Florida Bar Legal Needs of Children Committee. Her work for children in foster care led to the adoptions of her three children. She practices in the areas of real estate and business – both transactional and litigation - at The Orlando Law Group, PL and is co-owner of The Orlando Title Group, LLC.
Jenny Sieg, President-Elect
Ms. Sieg grew up in Pinellas County and graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 with a bachelor of science degree in Political Science, and earned her juris doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1997. Ms. Sieg's office is located in Pasco County and her legal practice includes drafting wills for families and individuals, probate and administration, estate planning, trusts, and general civil matters.
Donna Eng, Treasurer
Ms. Eng is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice and has a broad range of trial and appellate experience that allows her to work on a wide variety of complex commercial matters in both Federal and State courts throughout Florida.
Ms. Eng actively serves in leadership roles in the Florida Bar, FAWL, the Martin County FAWL, and the Martin County Bar Association.

Kristina Feher, Secretary
Ms. Feher is the managing member of Feher Law, P.L.L.C. in St. Petersburg, Florida. Kristina practices in the areas of bankruptcy, family law, and small business matters. Kristina received her B.S. in Criminology from Barry University and her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Kristina is a St. Petersburg native.
Susan Warner,
Development Director
Ms. Warner is an experienced litigator, who represents corporations, small businesses, and individuals before federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate level in a broad range of employment and business disputes. Ms. Warner practices in the areas of employment law, employment counsel, commercial litigation and appeals.
Jessica Thomas,
Journal Editor
Ms. Thomas is the Founder and Principal attorney of the Thomas Law Firm, PLLC, which was established in Central Florida in late 2015. Ms. Thomas established the firm after several years of experience with previously established Orlando Law Firms in areas of Family, Bankruptcy and Dependency.
Tiffany McElheran,
Membership Director
Ms. McElheran serves as general counsel for a variety of residential and professional community associations and businesses throughout the state and focuses her practice primarily on commercial and business litigation involving real property, contract disputes, insurance disputes, deed restriction enforcement, collections, and bankruptcy.
Mariane L. Dorris,
Public Relations Director
Ms. Dorris practice is primarily focused on insolvency and bankruptcy related cases. The insolvency practice includes the representation of debtors-in-possession in Chapter 11 proceedings, representation of Chapter 11 trustees, liquidating agents, and receivers, and the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in cases pending before the bankruptcy court.
Thomasina Moore,
Legislative Director
Ms. Moore is the Director of Appeals for the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Program. She is a board certified specialist in both Appellate Practice and Juvenile Law.  Long dedicated to pro bono service, she serves as the Guardian ad Litem’s Pro Bono Director. In that capacity, she spearheads several pro bono initiatives, including the “FAWL in Love with GAL” pro bono mentoring project.
Tiffany Pereira, Young Lawyers Section Chair

In 2016, seeing a need for transactional work in the community, Ms. Pereira opened a small practice focusing on corporate and business law, aviation law, property law, including landlord-tenant disputes, real estate transactions, insurance defense.
Kyleen A. Hinkle, 
Immediate Past President
Ms. Hinkle is a civil litigator in the areas of general liability, long-term health care defense, hospital liability, and medical malpractice defense. Ms. Hinkle serves on the board for the National Conference of Women Bar Associations, the Florida Bar’s standing committee on Diversity and Inclusion, the Florida Bar’s Voluntary Bar Liaison Committee, and the Florida Bar’s Annual Convention Committee.
Kari Hicks,
Executive Director
Ms. Hicks has spent the last 15 years working in government affairs throughout Florida. Her lobbying career has given her the opportunity to work on intriguing issues and make important changes to state law that improve the lives of every Floridian. She feels strongly about advocating for issues important to women and children and is excited to represent women in the workplace. In addition to her extensive experience with politics and legislative policy, Kari has a talent for event planning and design. She holds an event planning certification, opened her own event business and will now bring those abilities to FAWL.
