If there is such a thing as a universal experience, being hurt might top the list. If you live long enough, someone will do something, intentionally or not, that directly causes you great pain, and sometimes forever changes the trajectory of you life. If you think that’s never been you, let me know when you come out of denial. For the rest of us, take a second and think about the wound that most naturally comes to mind.

When you have it clearly identified (that usually takes about two seconds) I can tell you something about it. It’s one of two things; either it’s a recent wound and in the front of your mind, or an older, deeper hurt that you have carried deep in your heart. Probably for a long, long time. Am I right so far? Congregational Nurses Blood Pressure Clinic
Our FBC Congregational Nurses will be in Room 10 this Sunday from 10 to 10:30 AM for their monthly Blood Pressure Clinic. Everyone is welcome! Feel free to visit and learn more about what our Congregational Nurses do at FBC.
Maundy Thursday Service
Everyone is invited to join us for our Maundy Thursday Service this Thursday, April 18th at 6 PM in the Narthex. This special service will be led by Pastor Glen and includes the Lord's Supper and a traditional hand-washing.
Serve St. Pete Day
Our next Serve St. Pete Day is on Saturday, May 11th! Help us love on our city and community by participating in this family-friendly morning of service! The Current Ministry Options Include: The St. Pete Free Clinic, 2019 Annual Letter Carrier Food Drive,

FirstKIDS Music Camp
Our Music Camp is returning this summer for TWO weeks from June 17-21 and June 24-28 from 9 AM to 3 PM! This camp is for children currently in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. They will be learning the musical A Not So Terrible Parable - the story of the Good Samaritan with a fun whodunit mystery twist! The cost is $75 per child (with a minimum deposit of $25 due at registration). You can register your child at:
