For the bulk of my ministry, I have been intrigued with the biblical concept of servant leadership. And if you have paid attention, its tenets have enjoyed resurgence in both organizational and personal development over the past couple of decades. As Christ followers, we should not be surprised; after all, that is the way Jesus lived and led. And it’s the way he clearly encouraged his disciples to follow the lead of his words and actions. The book of Acts is an intriguing narrative about the beginnings and establishment of the early Christian church. Referred to as “The Acts of the Apostles”, this sequel to Luke’s gospel is neatly divided into the stories of Peter and Paul and the cast of characters that accompanied them. This first post-gospel biblical entry presents a story line of the unbelievable and the absolutely predictable happenings surrounding the first century church. 2. You can to submit prayer requests to be added to the Prayer Guide (or keep your prayer requests private with the Pastoral Staff and FBC Prayer Team only)

FirstKIDS Music Camp
Our Music Camp is returning this summer for TWO weeks from June 17-21 and June 24-28 from 9 AM to 3 PM! This camp is for children currently in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. They will be learning the musical  A Not So Terrible Parable - the story of the Good Samaritan with a fun whodunit mystery twist! The cost is $75 per child (with a minimum deposit of $25 due at registration).  You can register your child at:

SAVE THE DATE - Children from 18 months to Pre-K/VPK are invited to our In The Wild Preschool Day Camp on July 15-18 from 9 to 11:30 AM! This camp is FREE!
