God blessed us this past Sunday with two powerful services and a wonderful fall gathering for new members! We enjoyed a great turnout, delicious food, and even better fellowship!
Ordination Service: Sunday, Nov 1st
Council will begin at 3:00 p.m. Join us at 6:00 p.m. as we ordain Mitchell Williams as a deacon and Ash Bowers and Matt Putnam as ministers of the gospel.
Next Gen Sunday Service: Sunday, Nov. 8th
Our students will lead both services. Please plan to attend, invite family and friends to worship with us, and pray that God will work through our students in a mighty way.
Blessings,
Pastor Dewayne
The Pastor is desiring the members make a point of praying for our worship services. The Prayer Team is inviting members to come down to the altar area before the service they attend and pause briefly to pray for the pastor as he preaches, that people will be saved and the church be protected. You can do it individually or in groups. You can speak or be silent. Cards are offered in each Sunday School class for members to have as reminders. Please share them with your class and others in the church.

Updated Church Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday -Saturday Closed
To better serve our congregation while ensuring the safety of our staff, we have adjusted office hours to Monday-Thursday, with extended hours to accommodate the majority of our weekly schedule, and will be closed on Fridays due to consistently low call volume and security concerns from only one person being present. This adjustment allows us to use our resources responsibly while maintaining office availability when it is most needed.
Don't forget we will FALL BACK on Sunday, November 1st!

It’s Pastor Appreciation Month!

It's that time of year again...Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box pick-up! Pick-Up your preferred box type, plastic in Sanctuary and cardboard in the welcome area and Entryway. Fill the box with 50% toys, 25% hygiene items and 25% school supplies. Add a note or family picture if you want to personalize it. Pray over the box for the child that will receive it. That they would have the eyes to see Jesus, the ears to hear his truth and a heart to accept him as Lord and savior. These shoe boxes help Church partners in the country reach areas they could not go to if it wasn't for these boxes. Each child that receives one of these boxes will hear the truth about Jesus in their own language and receive biblical materials in their language.
So fill your box/boxes with love and Return it on November 15th.
| We encourage you to come if you have committed to becoming a member, or even if you just want to know more about our church and opportunities available. | Our Children's Choir will be performing during both services on Sunday, December 13th (Kindergarten to Fifth Grade) If your child would like to participate, our first practice will be held next Sunday, November 1st at 4:00p.m. | |

Weekly Christian Men's Prayer Breakfast
The FBC Weekly Men’s Prayer Breakfast meets on Thursday mornings at 6:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall. If you are a man, come - if you know a man, send him! Come and enjoy this Men & Boys Fellowship Breakfast and Bible study.
The Bible is full of practical instruction that can be helpful as men try to navigate the stresses and complexities of this modern world. Our Christian Men’s Breakfast is a weekly meeting where men meet to fellowship, enjoy a light meal and listen to a short teaching based on Scripture. The purpose is to learn how Biblical principles can be applied to daily living.
This is a time for men and boys to share Christian values through life experiences. We have a great cook - Mr. Bill Mayo, and a core of mature Christian men who are dedicated to Christ and to helping others! Each attendee can leave the meeting when they need to leave and with a new insight into a particular Biblical principle with ways to apply that knowledge to their daily lives. Please Come – and bring a friend.
