FBISD implements new safety measures
As FBISD prepares to welcome more than 76,000 students back to school, we want to inform you of a few safety and security upgrades the District is making as a result of the 2018 Bond. One of the upgrades is installment of RhinoWare door locks.

FBISD introduces full-day Prekindergarten
Following changes in the 2019 Legislative session, Fort Bend ISD will begin offering full-day Prekindergarten programs throughout the District.

Child Nutrition introduces SchoolCafe System
FBISD’s Child Nutrition Department is launching a new software program, SchoolCafe , that will allow parents to create an account, make online payments, apply for free and reduced meals, view school menus, and more.

This year's Sales Tax Holiday is Aug. 9-11 . During the annual sales tax holiday, Texas shoppers can buy most clothing, footwear, school supplies and backpacks (sold for less than $100) tax free from a Texas store, online or from a catalog merchant doing business in Texas. LEARN MORE
