Fencers Club Summer Camps 
 
There is still time to register for the last two camps of August 2021! Camps will include footwork with emphasis on coordination and balance; conditioning; tactical drills and supervised bouting.
Registration is available through AskFRED.net.
 Goodbye Coach Kornel 
 
As many have you heard, Coach Kornel Udvarhelyi will be moving to Massachusetts at the end of August and will unfortunately be leaving Fencers Club.

Kornel has been a valuable member of the Fencers Club Epee Coaching squad and we are sad to see him leave right after the Tokyo Olympics this past July. We will miss him very much and wish Kornel and his family the very best!

We hope to see you on Tuesday, August 24th at 6:30PM as we say goodbye to Kornel and send him off with a toast.
Reminder: Renew your Fencers Club
and USA Fencing Memberships 
 
As a reminder, many memberships and locker rentals expired during the summer and at the end of August. Please remember to renew these memberships either through the FC Member Portal or at the front desk. As always, please let us know if you have any questions about your membership or how to renew it.
 
Additionally, ALL Fencers Club members must have at least a non-competitive membership to USA Fencing ($10/season). There are also other types of membership, including Competitive, Collegiate and Life. Please renew your membership online via the USA Fencing website. All memberships expired 7/31, so please renew yours today! Thank you.

Vaccination Requirements 
at Fencers Club

In observance of New York City's recent vaccination requirements for certain athletic facilities, we ask that all members and guests (ages 12 and up) confirm that they have received at least their first vaccine dose as they enter Fencers Club.

Now is the perfect time to buy new equipment for the upcoming fencing season and the Pro Shop is stocked for whatever you need to compete.

Our members continue to get exactly what they need at the online price from our vendors.
