Payment Reminder – May 15 Installment Deadline

The first installment payment deadline for players on an approved payment plan is May 15. Please note that installment payments are only available for players who completed the online pre-authorized credit card payment setup during registration.

Players with outstanding balances who have not made payment arrangements have been contacted and temporarily removed from their team rosters until payment is received.

Managers are strongly encouraged to review their team rosters prior to games to ensure all players listed remain eligible to participate and have not been removed due to unpaid registration fees.

Good to Know – Field Closure & Air Quality Policy

Field closures due to weather, field conditions, smoke, or poor air quality may occur throughout the Spring Soccer season.

Please note:

FC Regina will communicate adult field closures by approximately 2:30 PM on weekdays
The City of Regina updates field status daily by 2:00 PM on weekdays and 7:30 AM on weekends
If fields are closed, impacted games will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date
Teams should assume games are proceeding as scheduled unless official communication has been sent by FC Regina
Referees can abandon the match if the field conditions are unsafe for playing.

Please continue monitoring league communication channels and your email for updates throughout the season.

Chill League Challenge Returns

The Chill League Challenge has returned for the Spring Soccer season!

This monthly fair play contest rewards teams that show respect, sportsmanship, and keep things clean on the pitch. Each month, any team in the Men’s, Women’s, or Coed leagues that finishes with zero yellow or red cards will be automatically entered to win a brand-new match-quality soccer ball.

How it works:

No cards = you’re in the draw
Red card = automatic disqualification for that month
One winner per league, every month
Draw takes place at the start of the following month, first draw Wednesday June 4

This is our way of saying thank you for playing the game the right way with integrity, respect, and chill vibes all around. Let’s raise the bar on sportsmanship together. Keep it clean, and you just might walk away with the ball.

Need to request guest players for an upcoming game: Guest Player Request Form

Youth Guest Players

Permission is required from the youth players technical director and coach prior to the game. Once permission is obtained it must be forwarded to adult@fcregina.com

Guest Player Tracking

Players looking to verify how many guest passes they have used can review the Guest Passes Tracking document here.

Please note: you do not require a FC Regina Player card to play or guest play, but will require a form of photo ID. We now accept Canadian Government issued Photo ID or previous FCR Player cards.

Goalkeeper Call-Up

FC Regina’s Goalkeeper Call-Up Sheet is now available for teams who may require a guest-playing goalkeeper.This resource was created to help managers locate available goalkeepers more efficiently when last-minute coverage is needed.

Upcoming Events with FC Regina

June 15: Last day to register on a team, transfer to a team, request a refund, or request to reschedule a game for the Spring Season.
June 16: Adult Summer Team Registration OPENS
June 18 - 21: FCR Youth Tournament - Summerfest
July 7: Adult Summer Team Registration CLOSES
July 21 - 31: Adult Spring League Playoffs
Aug 3 - Sept 24: Summer Season (6 games plus playoffs)
