I have attended Faith for 9 years. I have not completely decided what I plan to do after graduation.
I have been actively involved in basketball and track and also my church and youth group.

Servant Leadership - Generosity |
Over the past two months of school, the elementary students have focused on the leadership quality of Humility: Not taking credit for what God and others have done. These elementary students demonstrated humility and are being recognized: Reed Dubea, Marian Chapman, Nora Heffner, Colton Patterson, Brenna Baker, James Shoop, Josephine Chapman, April Lull, Brecken Smith, Oakley Spry, Lincoln Stewart, Samantha Sauder-Leon, Natalie Baker, Boyd Collis, Greyson Meyer, Bryant Todd, Kylie Cupp, Zander Villarreal, Amana Engler, Hollis Robertson, Emilyn Hottle, Amelia Moore, Dakoda Poffenberger, Jaden Sergent, Griffin Barlow, Max Danner, Isaac Stambaugh, and Ava Sullivan.
Our study of Servant Leadership and the Philippians 2 passage brings us to the phrase in verse 4, "Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." With that in mind, we will be focusing on the quality of Generosity: Sharing what I have with a happy spirit and with those God brings into my life. Is there someone your family can show generosity to as we start a new year?

2021 Parenting With A Purpose |
We are thrilled to announce our second annual parenting conference, featuring sessions led by pastors from local churches in the Martinsburg area!
Parenting is an exhilarating, exhausting, terrifying, humbling and sacred calling from God. While there is no shortage of parenting advice today, much of it can leave us guilt-ridden and fearful.
This conference is NOT designed to merely point out what we are doing wrong or add to an already long to-do list. Rather, it is intended to lead us back to the role God has called us to as parents.
We will cover practical topics like technology’s place in the home, character and identify formation, and interaction with our culture, but all within the framework of leading our children in Christ.
The conference is open to all parents, though with parents of teenagers in mind. Regardless of the age of your children, it is never a wrong time to learn God’s direction for you as parents!

Open Enrollment for New Families |
It's that time of year again! We are planning for the 2021- 2022 school year. Instead of a one day event "Open House" we will be offering private tours for new families through January, February and March. Please invite your family, friends and neighbors who may have school aged children to come and tour our campus.
Re-enrollment forms for existing families will be sent out at the end of January.

The weather is turning colder, and students need to be properly dressed for outdoor recess. We will get the students outside for fresh air as much as possible.
Please remember to send your child with a coat, hat and gloves for outdoor recess.

|
|
We love to hear what our students are doing outside of school. Send us a picture and we will highlight them in the Voice of Faith. |

Lost & Found Check the Bins |
We have implemented a new procedure for the "Lost & Found. There are "Lost & Found" bins at the entrance of ALL of the bathrooms. At the end of the day Thursday all items that are not claimed will be thrown away. A helpful hint would be to label your students items, so that we can return them. This will be a weekly process to help keep the bins clear.

FCA has a spirit shop! Click here to order all of your "Spirit Wear" needs! Orders are processed on a monthly basis and shipped by the 20th of following month.
For example an order placed from January 1-31 will be shipped by Feburary 20.
