Candy Needed for the Easter Egg Hunt

We need your help with candy for the Easter Egg Hunt! Please help out by purchasing individually wrapped small candies and placing them in the bin outside the church lobby.

To those interested in renewing our PINC (Partners In Christ) meetings, please respond in an e-Mail. In your answer, please relate the following answers:
  1. Your level of interest
  2. Evenings that you Cannot meet
  3. Types of activities that interest you
Our goal is to meet together and get to know each other in a more personal way. In sharing various activities, I think we accomplish that in a very Christ-like way.

In the past in addition to opening devotionals (when appropriate) we have performed several service projects - Valentine and Easter Baskets for seniors, Preparation of eggs for our Easter egg hunt, and help with fund-raising projects of the church. In addition we have prepared items for sale to raise funds and had sale of donated items.
We have also participated in fun activities such as movies, bowling, art and wine parties, and dinners out   We also had interesting speakers for our meetings as well as instructors for arts and crafts projects.

Your response to this message is important in deciding the future of PINC.

Youth Happenings

What a fun February! We joined together with three other youth groups for our first ever multi-church lock-in! 31 students from across the county participated.

During the month of March, we will focus on the Lenten season leading up to Easter. Each of us will adopt a daily practice during this season that we hope will not only bring us closer to God, but also to our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Crisis Control Ministry

Crisis Control Ministry is requesting INSTANT POTATOES for the month of March. This is a good staple and can be used in just about every meal.
One thing you might not realize is that with every item you bring to share,  Crisis Control  doesn't have to spend as much money to purchase food. They can use their funds to help a person pay his rent, keep the electricity on in his house,  purchase heating oil to keep warm, and even pay for expensive medications. Their request is  simple. The need is great. First Christian Church always responds.
Thank you!
