There are many worthy
non-profit organizations to fund
but we want to show you just a sample of our many accomplishments as an organization, with your support.

  • 2018 Book Club hosted 5 hospitality gatherings, discussing 4 books related to culture, feminism, and violence.

  • 2018 Sunday Salons: Hosted 4 Sunday Salons in the Rochester Regional area with feminists discussing themes related to poverty, reproduction, and violence.

  • 2018 Media Outreach. Nationwide FCLNY appeared on radio spots and published over 20 articles and letters throughout New York State.

  • FCLNY White Hat Gathering. Seneca Falls, NY FCLNY represented the pro-life feminist perspective at a women’s march in Seneca Falls, NY. The rally’s organizers wished to celebrate and promote women’s rights, including the right to abortion. FCLNY supporters wore white hats and garments as a means to express the belief that women’s equality need not include the right to abortion.

  • Legislative Action. New York State FCLNY submitted a petition to the NYS Legislature demanding all references to abortion be removed from the Budget Bill and that the bill be passed without all controversial provisions related to Abortifacients and Abortion. This petition included the signatures of more than 500 women spread throughout NYS.

  • Trafficking and Women’s and Children’s Heath Intervention, Recovery and Prevention. Washington D.C. FCLNY co-sponsored this educational event in collaboration with Global Centurion, American Association of Pro-Life Ob-Gyns (AAPLOG), Center against Forced Abortion, Civil Rights for the Unborn and many others. The focus topic for this event was trafficking and sexual exploitation as a gross violation of human rights and the many health and treatment implications.

  • Sex Trafficking, Female Poverty and Feminism Rochester, NY. FCLNY hosted a lecture featuring keynote speakers Laura Lederer and host Michele Sterlace-Acorrsi. Laura Lederer is the current executive director of Global Centurion and former Senior Advisor on Trafficking in Persons in the Office for Democracy and Global Affairs of the U.S. Department of State. Michele Sterlace-Acorrsi is the executive director of FCLNY.

  • National Organization of Women (NOW) Syracuse, NY. FCLNY attended the Annual New York NOW conference.

  • Commemoration of National Adoption Month with Children Awaiting Parents (CAP) Rochester, NY. FCLNY co-hosts the 2018 Heart Gallery Luncheon featuring Christina Baker Kline, author of Orphan Train. FCLNY invited and sponsored interested friends to attend.

  • National Organization of Women (NOW) Syracuse, NY. FCLNY attended the Annual New York NOW conference.
