The need to manage aggressive behavior in an office environment continues to be more crucial as reports violent incidents rise, but many practices lack appropriate and current training Develop an understanding of what management of aggressive people means and strategies for preventing and diffusing aggressive behavior, including de-escalation techniques; identifying precursor behavior and when/how to intervene; non-violent crisis intervention; and security techniques for people and systems.
