The worse is over, I believe; summer and fall show submissions are starting to dribble in every day. But please remember to contact the organizer directly of the weekly/monthly cruises because those might not be as accurate as I'd like.
The snowbirds have flown home, the afternoon rains have returned, and the humidity is sky high; it feels like summer in Florida. I am excited to get back to my monthly Downtown Longwood and Sunset Walk shows this coming weekend. I need the exercise of parking cars and greeting people, plus my legs need a tan. I look forward to catching up with everyone that I haven't seen for 3 months. Although I am sad to say that one of our very special hot rod cruisers passed away recently. Live everyday like it's your last.... within reason.
If you enjoy FCS, please tell your friends, club members, Facebook friends, and anyone else that loves the automotive hobby. Plus don't forget those businesses that could benefit from the advertising exposure. The website survives off of car show and business banners, so please patronize them whenever possible.
HOT ROD POWER TOUR MEMORIES
This week would have been my 10th year as a "Long Hauler" in the 7 city, 7 day, 6000 car extravaganza event. It wasn't canceled but postponed until August. Until then, here are a few special photos from 2011 to 2013.
