Help Support a Local Business
As you know, this has been a challenging year for so many Franklin businesses. If you are a businesses that has remained strong during these times, the FDP would like to offer you an opportunity to support other businesses. Please consider sponsoring the FDP membership of a struggling business that could not otherwise afford it.
  • $100 pays for one business
  • $200 would support two businesses

The FDP made a commitment early this year that we would continue to support all Franklin businesses. But as a non-profit, we are asking for assistance so we can continue to do this into 2021.

Please see the this form for details and email the FDP if you would like to sponsor a fellow Franklin business. See the local businesses that have lent their support to other businesses this year!

Health Connector Enrollment
The Health Connector is currently in its annual open enrollment period through January 23, 2021. The Health Connector helps uninsured Massachusetts residents find affordable options for coverage that starts February 1 or March 1, 2021. View www.mahealthconnector.org for details.
Vaccine Distribution Timeline
The COVID-19 vaccine distribution timeline was developed with consultation from the Massachusetts Vaccine Advisory Group. The timeline prioritizes: protecting our most vulnerable, maintaining health care system capacity, and addressing inequities in health care access and COVID-19 burden.

For more details and updates on vaccination priorities, please click here.

We are currently in Phase 1 of this timeline, as highlighted above in the graphic. Healthcare workers who care directly for COVID-19 patients are being vaccinated where they are employed. Long term care facilities’ residents and staff are being vaccinated as part of the Federal Pharmacy Partnership Program, which facilitates on-site vaccinations at no cost to the facilities.

Vaccinations for first responders began on Jan. 11. For COVID-19 vaccine locations and more information, click here.
Consumer Alert: Small Business COVID Scam
There's a new coronavirus-related scam making the rounds, but this time the crooks are targeting small businesses. It starts with an email that claims to come from the "Small Business Administration Office of Disaster Assistance." It says you're eligible for a loan of up to $250,000 and asks for personal information like birth date and Social Security number. Read more here.
