January can feel like the cruellest month, not to mention the longest. But <collective sigh of relief> it’s over! If you’re anything like us, you’re ready to put it behind you and raring to get your teeth into the rest of the year, which is shaping up to be very exciting indeed.
Phase one of our long awaited refurb kicks off mid/end of February which means we’ll be closed for a few days (exact dates coming very soon), keepan eye on Instagram as the changes unfold.
Around the same time, we have some leading edge fit tech arriving for Personal Training which will allow us to track, monitor and stay in touch with your progress inside and outside the studio better than ever.
On top of which we’re thrilled to announce we have a new permanent on-site health practitioner - nutritionist Emma Bardwell- joining the team, (Osteopathy coming soon too), working alongside, our already established massage therapist, these new therapies mean you now have a one stop location for all your wellness needs!
A class every day for a month. £100 (usually £175)
The third in our Women’s Wellbeingseries is planned for Thursday 4th April (6.30-8pm). We will be welcoming industry experts - Clare Pacey, Shahzadi Harper and Emma Bardwell to give you tools for navigating life post 35. There will be tips on pelvic floor health, menopause, HRT and nutrition. Not to be missed!
Sweaty Betty's Wellness Wednesday - "Journey to entrepreneurial success" 13th MARCH
Transition Zone founder, Claire, will be opening up about her journey from spare room to successful studio at Sweaty Betty’s Wellness Wednesday - “Journey to entrepreneurial success” - event on March 13th (Fulham branch).
