In the month of February, we had 1932 visits to our food pantry, making it the busiest month we have ever had! This month, we had 553 more visits than we had last February. We have provided 118,709 meals worth of food to our community already this year. That's 27,187 more than we had done at this time last year. While many other pantries across Long Island are reporting clients too afraid to come receive services, we are humbled that more clients continue to trust us to help them.
Families can receive at least $900 a month worth of groceries from our pantry. We distribute real, delicious, and nutritious food. Together, every Wednesday and Friday, we distribute to each family a bag of non-perishables, fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and frozen meat. This month, we gave a 4th bag of extra kid-friendly groceries while children were home on Winter Break. We made sure that 546 students who rely on school meals had enough ready-to-eat food at home.

We are receiving nearly 50,000 lbs. worth of food a month and in between deliveries our shelves are empty. We need more food than ever before, which is why we continue to need YOUR support.
Your gifts allow our customers to put healthy food on the table week after week. Thank you for loving our neighbors!
