MEDIATING "WINTER BREAK" & "SPRING HOLIDAYS"

There are now school districts (including Houston and Humble ISD) in Texas that have "Christmas Break", "Spring Break", but now also a "Winter Break" in February and two "Spring Holidays" on the 1st and 3rd Fridays in April.

So if a parent is due the "Spring Break", due they also get the "Spring Holiday"? Who gets the week of "Winter Break" if you had the first week of "Christmas Break"?

MEDIATION IN 2023

In 2022, Tom King settled 92% of all Texas mediations brought to us. In 2023, Tom will continue to mediate full time with 4-hour mediations at 9 am, 1 pm and 6 pm ($400/party) and 30-minute Drive-By mediations at 8 am and 5 pm ($150/party). Schedule here.
