LRBA Spring Annual “Training Conference” Sunday March 23 at Kennebec Baptist Church, Angier 3:30pm- 6:30pm. This is an inaugural event that will replace our traditional Spring Meeting. Our Goal is to focus on Younger Families with Youth & Children and Senior Adults.

Training Sessions Topics include: Gender Identity Issues, Parenting with God, Sharing the Gospel with Children, Marriage Success in Modern World, Ministry after 65: Seniors on Mission, Leadership, Engaging Gospel Conversations Conference

Format 3:30-4pm – Business Session – Vote on Proposed By-Laws 4pm – Breakout Session 1 5pm – Breakout Session 2 6pm – Pizza snack supper Please mark your calendars, pray and plan to attend this helpful event!

PASTORS' APPRECIATION BANQUET


Holly Springs Baptist Church will host the WMU Pastors Appreciation Banquet on Tuesday, February 18 at 6:30pm. We are blessed to have Quintell Hill as our speaker. He enthralled us with his message at the Little River Baptist Association 149th Annual Meeting October 28, 2024, so we know that God will give him encouraging words to inspire our pastors. Invite your pastors and spouses for a time of fellowship, encouragement, and fun. The cost is $16 per person. Send checks marked “LRBA WMU” by February 6, 2025 to:

WMU PRAYER RETREAT

The WMU Prayer Retreat will be Saturday, April 5 from 9am-2pm at Lillington Baptist Church. Phyllis Elvington will be the guest speaker. A continental breakfast will be available at 8:30am. A table will be set up for a Book Swap, so bring a Christian book,

devotional book or an inspiration book to swap. There will be door prizes also. The cost is $10 and is due to the LRBA Office (PO BOX 955, Lillington) by March 20.
