Jim Howe FEI Dallas Chapter President September is here and activities begin! Watch your email as registrations open for numerous events. Thanks to our hard-working committees and active sponsors, FEI Dallas opens with a September and October calendar full of programs. Make note that our monthly Chapter Meetings will continue to be held at Northwood Club, but have moved back to second Mondays. The first date to circle is September 13th. Please note this meeting is an in-person event unless new guidance comes out from state or local officials. However, the Professional Development session and the Dinner Program will both be streamed and eligible for CPE credit for those wishing to participate in a virtual setting. Read more

Connecting With Your FEI Dallas Chapter Colleagues

The FEI Dallas Chapter membership directory is a hardcopy booklet published annually and distributed to all chapter members in good standing to help connect with your FEI colleagues and chapter sponsors. Each member has a personal listing showing name, company, job title, preferred address, phone number, email address, LinkedIn address, and a headshot. Information for the listing is downloaded from the FEI member database.   IMPORTANT Work & Contact Information | Review and update by September 17 FEI members should visit the chapter website by Friday, September 17, to review and update your profile information. Log in using your FEI member credentials if you’re not already logged in, and click your name at the top of the page to go to your profile where you can view and update work and contact information, and other aspects of your FEI member record. Changes are reflected in both the chapter’s printed directory and the online member directory. Note: You can update your member record at any time; however, updates by September 17 will be reflected in this year’s printed membership directory. Headshots | Due by September 17 if you wish to add or replace your existing headshot Headshots are invaluable in connecting with your FEI colleagues. Headshots in last year’s directory will be pulled forward unless a replacement is sent. We do not download images from the FEI website as web images are not print quality. Low-resolution images like your LinkedIn headshot will not work for print publications. FEI members who wish to add or replace your existing headshot should send a high-resolution image formatted for print to Sharla Hibberd, sharla.hibberd@feidallas.org by September 17.

Monthly Chapter Meetings in 2021-22 will be in person on 2nd Mondays at Northwood Club unless otherwise noted, starting with a Professional Development session followed by the Networking Social and Dinner Meeting. For the fall meetings (September-November), the two educational programs will be livestreamed via Zoom and eligible for CPE credit. Stay tuned for more information as plans for 2021-22 scheduling evolve.
