Resilience is the ability to bounce back after hardship or failure. Over the last two years, whether we like it or not, everyone has grown more resilient. However, is resilience one of those characteristics that can only be developed when you’ve been dealt unfortunate external circumstances? I believe the answer is “yes” and during this message I will share three simple ways to keep developing into a resilient professional regardless of your current circumstances.

The Great Balancing Act
Weaver Offices, 2300 N. Field St, Ste. 1000, Dallas
The economy is facing numerous imbalances in 2022. Labor shortages may hinder economic activity and boost inflation. Waning fiscal stimulus and high inflation may curb consumer behaviors. The supply/demand equilibrium is out of balance due to supply chain disruptions and spiking demand for goods. The Federal Reserve is facing the Great Balancing Act, increasing interest rates at the right pace and time, without squashing GDP growth and throwing the economy into a recession.
This presentation will discuss the imbalances in the economy and the risks of potential solutions that keep everything in balance. We will discuss key economic variables, along with our 2022 forecasts. Attendees will learn what is driving the economy and financial markets, the risks that are present, and potential scenarios that may play out.
